"Notes of Appreciation" is a program conducted by Charity Music Inc., which provides Musical Instruments, at no charge, to the Spouses and Dependants of those serving on active duty in our Military.
As a 501 (c) (3) Nonprofit Public Charity, EIN 20-2155382, we accept as tax deductible donations, any and all Musical Instruments regardless of age or condition, and also anything that pertains to Music, such as Sheet Music, Music Books, etc.
