"Notes of Appreciation" is a new innovative program conducted by Charity Music Inc., which provides Musical Instruments, on loan, at no charge, to the Spouses and Dependants of those serving on active duty in our Military.
As a 501 (c) (3) Nonprofit Public Charity, EIN 20-2155382, we accept as tax deductible donations, any and all Musical Instruments regardless of age or condition, and also anything that pertains to Music, such as Sheet Music, Music Books, etc.
