In a continuing effort to eliminate unnecessary shipping charges, and as a service to potential donors, we have established a nationwide network of Authorized Musical Instrument Drop Off Locations.

For IRS purposes, Businesses may include their participation as a Charitable Contribution (to the extent as allowed by law.)
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What Type of Business can be an Authorized Location ? ANY and all Businesses and Non profits my apply.
Can I require donors to call in advance before donating ? Yes, We can indicate that your location requires advance notice
How many Instruments can I expect to receive ? Typically only about (1) One Instrument every (6) Six months
How much Storage Space do I need ? Very little. Most donations are Flutes and Clarinets. No Pianos
How long do I need to store the Instrument ? Instruments are picked up within (1) One week of receipt.
For How Long will I be a designated Drop Off Location ? You may Drop Out of the program at Anytime you like.
I'm part of a large chain, can I invite the other Stores to participate ? Yes you can, but be prepared to receive a Great Deal of Free Publicity.
Can I insist up front that I will do it on a Trial Basis only ? Yes, you most certainly can. No Problem
